With your support, the Association will continue to enrich the experiences of visitors to the area. Your interest in the environment may help to preserve this natural area for the future enjoyment of your family and friends.

Volunteering
Since the DNR has ruled that their employees cannot operate gift shops for the friends organizations, it is necessary that the WNHA find volunteers to do so, especially on weekends and when school visits are scheduled. If you would be willing to donate a few hours to run the gift shop occasionally, please call Kathy Claflin at 517-522-3949 or call the Discovery Center at 734-475-3170. We need your help if we are to be able to support the Discovery Center and the Waterloo Recreation Area as we have in the past.

In addition, we often need volunteers for special events and trail maintenance. Please call the above numbers if you would like to help out.
